Role
This is a great opportunity for a Trade Mark Lawyer/Attorney/Consultant to join our dedicated and professional team in our Southport office on a full-time basis. Your role will be varied as you work with our team of senior and junior lawyers and Trade Marks attorneys.
Essential Duties
- preparation of documents and forms under supervision of Account Managers
- liaising with clients via phone and email
- assistance with client management including evidence preparation
- data processing (client management systems)
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate must have:
- knowledge and interest in Trade Marks or intellectual property
- ability to work independently and cooperatively within a small, diverse and busy team
- previous Trade Mark experience an advantage
- confidence with computer systems and software
- advanced understanding of the Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook and Word
- excellent communication skills, both oral, written and interpersonal
- results orientated work ethic
- strong time management and organisational skills, with an ability to manage conflicting priorities
- commitment to streamline processes and improve efficiencies within the team
- initiative and proactiveness
- punctuality and professional presentation
- pride in your work
