Role
This is a great opportunity for a Trade Mark Lawyer/Attorney/Consultant to join their dedicated and professional team in the Southport office on a full-time basis. Your role will be varied as you work with our team of senior and junior lawyers and Trade Marks attorneys.
Essential Duties
preparation of documents and forms under supervision of Account Managers
liaising with clients via phone and email
assistance with client management including evidence preparation
data processing (client management systems)
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate must have:
knowledge and interest in Trade Marks or intellectual property
ability to work independently and cooperatively within a small, diverse and busy team
previous Trade Mark experience an advantage
confidence with computer systems and software
advanced understanding of the Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook and Word
excellent communication skills, both oral, written and interpersonal
results orientated work ethic
strong time management and organisational skills, with an ability to manage conflicting priorities
commitment to streamline processes and improve efficiencies within the team
initiative and proactiveness
punctuality and professional presentation
