The Role: As a Legal Assistant within their Trade Marks team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting their attorneys and clients across a range of legal tasks. From conducting research and drafting legal documents to managing case files and liaising with clients, you'll be an integral part of their dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters while gaining valuable experience in intellectual property law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with legal research, drafting, and document preparation.
- Organising and managing case files, both electronically and physically.
- Acting as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to facilitate case progression.
- Conducting trademark searches and contributing to trademark registration and prosecution efforts.
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and the Trade Marks team as needed.

Requirements:
