About the Role
- Manage Sales Contracts administration and processing
- Maintain vendor, item, and customer master data and process requests to create or modify master data details
- Action Customer complaints & credit claims assessments
- Support operational functions to manage risk and compliance processes, establish and enhance compliance frameworks that adhere to our governance requirements.
- Act as a back-up for the Operational Improvement Manager
- Assist in systems’ upgrades and new ERP implementation and/or project control
- Data analytics
- Ad hoc duties as required
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Accounting would be advantageous
- Energetic self-starter with a high standard of compliance and ethical decision making
- Thrives in a high-performance culture and has strong organisation skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage a consistent workload, set priorities and achieve effective and timely outcomes against deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP, Impex, Cedar Creek or CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365 is ideal, but not essential
