Manufacturers of Aerospace, Defence & Communication Components has a great career opportunity to join our Production Team working on a variety of projects on a full-time and permanent basis.

The role includes  - reading drawings, operating CNC Machines, Hand Polishing, Assembly , General Factory  cleaning. This role is a key part of our Production Team working in an air-conditioned/heated workshop. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage workflow of work orders with the team
• Planning to ensure efficient word order completion
• Complete work in line with Lovitt Technologies Quality Standards to customers’ satisfaction
• Complete work orders within the timeframe
• Comply with Lovitt Technologies Safe Work Procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workshop

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Critical to this role is someone with the right attitude, keen to learn and develop their knowledge of Aerospace Industry, and a team player that can take ownership and accountability for their work. Someone who can work to a high standard. 

You will need to have relevant industry experience or experience in a similar role and possess the following essential criteria.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Trade background 
• Track record of compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• Solid work ethic – ability to work autonomously 
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with strong values
• Be accountable for your workspace and workload
• Able to prioritise, multi-task, demonstrate a sense of urgency 
• Rights to work in Australia
• Undertake a pre-employment medical and be fit for work
• Police Clearance Certificate

DESIRABLES:

• Reading drawings
• Knowledge of hazardous areas
• Milling or Machining Qualification
• First Aid training 
• Forklift ticket
