The Opportunity
RAW Traffic Management is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Traffic Management Operations Manager to lead and support the growth of our traffic control division. Reporting to the Executive General Manager you will provide operational leadership and oversight of the team, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive our strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational business plans that align with the company's vision and objectives to manage current business operations and future growth.
- Collaborate with our operations team members and traffic control staff to lead and motivate the team, providing support to achieve strategic, operational, financial, quality, safety, and client outcomes.
- Manage the financial performance of the business, including developing and monitoring budgets and goals, and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with business, client, quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety guidelines, regulations, and industry standards across the business.
- Foster strong relationships with employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to proactively manage and grow the business.
About You
- Demonstrated success in managing Traffic Management Operations.
- Possess valid traffic control tickets.
- In-depth knowledge of traffic and civil construction regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, financial performance, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
