There are two Assistant Director positions within the Branch, which are both being recruited simultaneously. We are looking for people who value continuous improvement in relation to their work, themselves and their team in filling these positions.

About the BranchAs part of the Budget and Finance Division, the Procurement, Risk and Contract Management Branch provides advice and management oversight of the Government’s procurement policy framework, establishes the Government’s common use contracts and manages the cost of risk for Government agencies through the Tasmanian Risk Management Fund. The Branch also has responsibility for the Government light motor vehicle fleet, manages the eTenders website and undertakes assessments of applications in relation to a range of Schemes related to purchasing requirements.
Hours per fortnight73.5 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation) - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options.
Highly Desirable RequirementsCompletion of relevant tertiary or industry qualifications, and/or professional affiliation.
