We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly, who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care, and Healthcare organisation is seeking new team members to join their Aged Care team.
No experience is required.
We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new residents.
You will be offered a set 24-month contract, for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment.

Want to work and care for the elderly?
Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)
Shifts
Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, at the following times:
AM - 6:00am to 2:30pm
PM - 2:30pm to 10:00pm
To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, AM shifts ONLY - until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and signed off with your on-the-job training by our Clinical Team. Once completed your initial sign-off (from supernumerary shifts) you can start working PM shifts and weekends as well.

Ability to listen, build a report, and work with a range of clients and other staff
Complete documentation
Follow policies and procedures
Complete your accredited and mandatory training, as part of your role.
