Trainee Commercial Collections Operator/Account Manager - Debt Collection

Nationwide Commercial Services is seeking the services of a trainee in Commercial Debt Collect, to join our team in Parramatta.

Responsibilities include:

• Client Management
• Debtor Management
• Achieving set targets
• Liaise with courts
• Liaise with solicitors - internal and external

The candidate will have some experience working within an office environment and Finance, Credit or Legal fields would be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• sound writing skills
• strong communication skills
• professional manner
• Excellent PC skills (Excel-Word-Outlook)

Training will be given in managing a portfolio of commercial debts as well as:

• understanding of the legal processes in the collection of commercial debts
• understanding of the ASIC / ACCC guidelines in Debt Collection
• experience in a Mercantile environment managing a portfolio of client debtors
