Form of workAn opportunity exists for an entry level trainee to join our Mortgage Broking Business on Hunter Street in Newcastle. Our growing team comprises of 5 mortgage brokers, and 4 administration staff.
We’re passionate about providing professional, first-class customer service to all of our clients.
Whilst completing your Certificate, you will be developing your skills by working closely with both the administrative team and brokers to provide exceptional customer service.
You will be required but not limited to data entry, client communication and general administrative duties.
This role will be mentored and supported by our Office Manager in addition to a third-party student supervisor to assist with successful completion your Certificate.
To be successful you will need:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Willingness & interest in completing a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.
- Have a good work ethic with a positive attitude towards learning.
