Trainee Manager Starting In Operations

For the Trainee Manager role, we have all the training you need in house, no prior experience in management is required. Whether you’re a student, undergraduate or postgraduate, experienced or not experienced, if you want to join a team of like-minded high achievers, we want to get to know you.

Our onboarding ‘bootcamp’ will give you an insight into all facets of the business, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple divisions to highlight particular areas of interest for you. You’ll get a deeper understanding of who we are as a company, and the inclusive culture we have here.

No two days are ever the same at MyPlace, but here’s a look into some of the roles and responsibilities you’ll be undertaking:

• Managing our manufacturing and assembly departments.
• Answering phone calls and emails across wholesale and retail divisions.
• Monthly stock take responsibilities.
• Spending time with our team of warranty technicians, fault-finding and solving problems for our customers.
• Data processing and customer ordering management.
