About the role
An exciting opportunity now exists to join the People and Culture team at Eastern Health in the role of Talent Acquisition Officer within our highly motivated Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide proactive and efficient administration support to our Talent Acquisition Advisors to assist them in on-boarding new employees to meet future workforce requirements and ensure demands are met ahead of time and in accordance with Eastern Health's defined growth milestones.
The Talent Acquisition Administration Officer plays an integral role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Advisors.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- High level competence in administrative processes
- Creative thinking skills
- Experience working in the health industry (desirable)
- Highly developed interpersonal experience
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skill
