About the Role
Position: Trainee in Aged Care
Location: Ballina and Byron Bay
Employment Type: Paid Training while undergoing a training course in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), started within 28 days of employment as a Trainee.
Qualification: Achieve a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) while you work

What We Offer
Comprehensive Training: On-the-job training combined with formal education to achieve a Certificate III in Individual Support. We partner with North Coast Community College Alstonville who will conduct your Certificate 111 in Individual Support (Aged Care) which will require one day's course attendance per month.
Mentorship and Guidance: Experienced facility staff to mentor you throughout your training period.
