- Must hold current Property Management Registration
- Previous experience as an assistant PM advantageous but not essential
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Exceptional people skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
- Computer proficient, MS Office Suite
- Office experience will be advantageous however not expected
