- This Clinical Applications Specialist - Ultrasound role is responsible for pre-and post-sales customer support of medical technology products and their applications.
- Working closely with the sales team you will support the sales function to assist them with their hospital and clinic customers to provide exceptional customer service and education.
- You will provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities, or via online platforms and deliver post-sales installation training and customer retention activities.
- You will support trade show and other marketing activities when required and provide feedback to marketing from the field and other relevant market intel to help marketing with strategic planning.
- Sonographer required, experienced or trainee.
- Minimum 2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institute or DMU or equivalent with AMS with ASAR.
- Minimum 1 year post graduate related work experience, operating duplex ultrasound equipment in a clinical (hospital, lab, clinic) setting, with cardiac, MSK, vascular and general experience.
- MS Office software skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and be very comfortable with Zoom, MS Teams and be happy to conduct online training, demonstrations and installs.
- Ultrasound teaching experience is preferable.
- Ability to travel 30% or more of the time, predominantly within NSW, but interstate or overseas travel may be required (infrequently).
- The expectation is that you will spend an average of 5 nights per month interstate, (spread over the month), and subject to business changes and requirements, weekend or evening hours may also be required, although not regularly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
- Demonstrated professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues and customers.
