ATT Logistics (ATT) are currently seeking to engage the services of a keen, driven person eager to be trained in transport, and working as a TRAINEE TRANSPORT ALLOCATOR (FLOAT).
The Trainee Transport Allocator will learn to effectively plan and manage the driving fleet in order that all contractual obligations are met in a safe, timely manner; within a fast-paced environment.
This is a ‘float’ position and once trained at each of our locations, you will be able to fill in whenever required (eg: covering leave, busy periods or vacancies). As such, the days/hours of work may vary depending on the location you are at, and so a level of flexibility is required.
The Trainee will need to be mature-minded, detail orientated, have a good memory, the ability to pick things up quickly, and able to multi-task - they must also have an interest in a long-term career in transport. The role would suit a school leaver or even someone looking for a career change…
