Work & Training together with our wonderful Host business are pleased to offer this exciting Business Traineeship based within the Records and Accounts sections of a busy Government Department.
We are seeking applications from highly motivated individuals that will bring maturity and reliability to this detail focussed opportunity.
What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training?
· You would be employed by Work & Training – the largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees in Tasmania, and hosted for the duration of your traineeship.
· You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training consultant.
· The theory side of your qualification would be conducted one-on-one in the workplace, with expert tuition, by one of our amazing registered trainers.
· Full time employment and entitlements, including four weeks of holidays per year.
On completion of your traineeship, you would receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business – BSB30120.

· Demonstrated maturity and initiative
· Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
· The ability to work well in a team environment
· A solid work ethic and a genuine desire to work in administration
· The ability and willingness to learn on the job, as a trainee.
Essential criteria:
· Solid English and mathematical skills
· A sound understanding and respect of strict confidentiality processes
· Understanding of Work Health and Safety principles
· Ability to use current technology to deliver services.
