Form of workYou would obtain your Certificate III Business BSB30120 in a two year time frame, whilst working full time in a reception / administration role. Be paid to learn and gain a qualification.
What would this involve?
- You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract, & hosted to the business in Cambridge.
- Full time hours.
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
- Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainer.
- You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
- Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.

- Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner, providing support to the team.
- The role would include general administration tasks and reception.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on customer service, and attention to detail.
