We are offering:
- A 12 month fixed-term traineeship
- A Full-time role
- Payment of your course fees to complete the Certificate III Business Administration (Medical).
- Supported and paid time to complete your studies.
Physio Lab's Admin/Receptionist shift hours fall between 6:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and 7:00am to 1:00pm Saturdays. You'll need to be available for these shifts as needed.

We will support you on the job so you will be able to:
- Answer phones to a script
- Provide excellent customer service to our patients
- Use the computer to book in patients, prepare Word documents, reply to emails, scan documents, send faxes, and complete basic spreadsheets
- Handle cash and EFTPOS payments
- Work as part of a team
- Feel comfortable asking questions if you aren't sure of an answer
- Handle requests from the Physiotherapists.
