We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our organisation. This position is suitable for a self-motivated and organised person who thrives in a busy office environment. With training provided on the job, this role is the perfect opportunity to establish yourself in administration. This will be offered as a Traineeship - Certificate III in Business.
The Role:
- First point of contact at front desk and on phone.
- Administration duties including file management, data entry, word processing and filing.
- Set up of training rooms for courses and printing of training materials.
- General office and management support.

- Be able to work methodically, accurately and neatly.
- Have good spoken and written communication skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have an excellent phone manner.
- Have a neat and professional personal appearance.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
You Must Have:
- Current driver's licence and own transport.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to use your initiative.
