THE OPPORTUNITY 

We are seeking a team member who has excellent and current knowledge of Aged Care and a passion for supporting learners at the beginning of their learning journey to set them up for success right from the start!

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the induction and training of new learners into their qualification after enrolment
  • Deliver dynamic and sector relevant training that supports all learners to achieve their career goals.
  • Support learners during the commencement of their studies and break down barriers to the access of lifelong learning.
  • Work within a team to contribute to continuous improvement of our training materials and processes as well as engaging in opportunities for innovation.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA 

Qualifications and strengths in the following Competencies:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Police Check
  • A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
  • Proven experience working in Aged Care

Digital literacy skills and ability to:

  • Have multiple windows open and working across them.
  • Utilise teams/ zoom/ skype channels.
  • Screen share in online face to face channels.
  • Use Microsoft Office suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
  • Write and respond to emails.
  • Set up folders on your computer.
  • Solve basic IT issues.
