About the role – Full-time maximum term contract until 30 June 2025
As an experienced Project Manager, you will provide specialist advice and support in collaboration with our Project Management Office, and Grants and Tenders team. This team’s focus is to provide expertise and support across our whole organisation to promote business growth and expansion of organisational capability.
Bringing strong experience in project management you can plan, analyse, direct and coordinate the relevant activities and deliver on time and on budget with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. This role requires a hands-on individual to review and analyse current and proposed business operations and project effectiveness, then develop and present options for improvements, recommendations for improvements and solution outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Manage projects that improve compliance and risk mitigation, reduce management costs, improve staff productivity, efficiency, and improve data management systems compliance, practices, and reporting
- Review and streamline Information Systems processes to enable a reduction in manual processing that improves employee, and client management and delivery to clients
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project controls through effective documentation of project related activities which align with agreed and achievable outcomes
- Partner with leaders across the organisation to enable the actioning of project and change management methodologies

You will also have the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Project Management
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in conducting complex and diverse projects
- Demonstrated experience in influencing, negotiating, and engaging positively with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve improved outcomes
- Experience working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and as a Business Partner enabling innovation and business value creation
