Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Certificate III Trade Qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Refrigerant handling license and a restricted electrical license
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or a willingness to enrol and attain one
- Current AC/R industry experience with excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and outstanding customer service skills
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead Daily Training: Conduct engaging AC/R training sessions at various workplaces.
- Train & Assess: Mentor apprentices, maintaining the highest industry standards.
- Build Connections: Develop strong relationships with students and clients to foster high service levels.
- Industry Relationships: Forge and maintain meaningful industry connections to support the sector.
