Greenhouse Education is seeking a qualified Contract Trainer and Assessor to deliver the CHC50121 - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
This Contract position is for two full days per week, with intention to grow in the future. The trainer will deliver the CHC50121- Diploma qualification face to face in the classroom and delivered in the Northern suburbs to students who are career minded and seeking this qualification for their next position within the Childcare sector.

Locations
We are currently delivering Childcare in:
- Clarkson
- Mirrabooka
- Jandakot
We will establish new delivery locations in 2024, potentially in areas such as:
- Mandurah
- Cannington
- Joondalup
What will I be doing?
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for providing training and assessment services to students from diverse backgrounds in line with individual training plans and overall program requirements.
In addition, Trainers and Assessors will participate in reviews, validation and continuous improvement of the training resources and assessments for qualifications they deliver and maintain knowledge and practical currency directly related to the industry sector and training delivery and assessment.
Trainers and Assessors are instrumental in the education and empowerment of our students and in supporting them to reach their full potential, develop their skills to ensure the successful completion of a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

They must have a solid foundation of industry knowledge and experience, to ensure that our training is innovative and what industry requires of workers. The successful candidate must also have great communication and people skills to ensure our students feel supported and motivated to achieve.

- have proven industry experience.
- have experience in a Training & Assessment position.
- experience working with students from a diverse background.
- able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- have excellent communication, customer service and people skills.
- possess organisational and time management skills.
- able to work well under pressure.
- work autonomously.
- be willing to work in various locations within the metropolitan area if required.
Requirements:
- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- CHC50121 - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current open driver’s license, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between training locations.
