About Us 

ATC Work Smart is a well-established Registered Training Organisation that provides nationally accredited and non-accredited courses from the Great Southern to the Midwest 

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Trainer and Assessor to join our superstar RTO team in Bunbury. We are looking for dedicated and qualified professionals to deliver workplace training and assessment to learners within the Early Childhood Education and Care industry.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced trainer who is qualified and passionate about sharing their wealth of experience with others and who wants to use their skills and knowledge to train learners in the childcare industry.   

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured, flexible, relevant and interesting training sessions.
  • Provide one-on-one tuition as required and regular checks on learners ensuring regular progression and completions.
  • Prepare for, conduct and document training delivery and assessments using approved training delivery plans.
  • Complete and maintain all training records, and document assessment results.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and assessment activities.
  • Promote Traineeships (including school based).
  • Undertake regular professional development to ensure current industry skills are maintained.
  • Participate in validation sessions as required.
  • Assist as necessary with the promotion of ATC Work Smart at Career Expo’s and events. 

Essential Criteria

  • Current Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
  • CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • At least 5 years current industry experience 
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously. 
  • Ability to work and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to obtain a Working with Children Card
  • A current ‘C’ class motor vehicle drivers licence.
