Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Relevant qualifications and certifications for Traffic Management in Victoria.
- Hold Either Cert IV TAE 40122 or TAE 40116
- Completed Train the Trainer or willing too.
- Be an approved Trainers and Assessor to deliver temporary Traffic Management training in Victoria.
- Current knowledge of Victoria state regulations and standards.
- Previous experience as a Trainer and Assessor, preferably in a similar field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to safety and the well-being of all individuals in the workplace.
- Enthusiasm for educating and inspiring others.
