Trainer And Assessors Wanted! (Business, Supply Chain & Community Services)

We are currently seeking Trainers and Assessors to join the RTO, covering a range of industries including Business, Community Services, and Supply Chain Management.

Trainer and Assessor Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions in business, Community Services, and Supply Chain management
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback through our virtual platform
• Develop and update online training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness in an online learning environment
• Utilise AI-driven conversational learning to monitor each student's progress and provide personalised guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall online learning experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online education

Trainer and Assessor Requirements:

• Certificate III Qualification or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Community Services, or Supply Chain Management
• Demonstrated experience in the respective industry
• Demonstrated capability to meet or surpass all organisational KPIs.
• Proficiency in multitasking within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners in a virtual environment
• Adaptability to online teaching methods and technologies
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in online education
• Current Working with Children Check
