Position Overview:
Join our client as a Rail Industry Trainer and Assessor in New South Wales & Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will lead various rail infrastructure safety training and induction courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Cert II and Cert III Rail inductions, along with operational and specialised short courses.
- Assessing trainees' skills, knowledge, and abilities through diverse evaluation methods to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Developing and refining training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and assessment tools, to meet current regulations and best practices.
- Staying updated on industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
- Maintaining meticulous records of training sessions, assessments, and trainee progress to uphold regulatory and organisational standards.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Rail operations, infrastructure training, or related roles.
- Certification in Cert II or III Rail Infrastructure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Cert IV Training & Assessment or above.
- Proficiency in computer usage and technology.
- Ability to work independently as needed.
