We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced 4WD Trainer Assessor , to join a successful company that is experiencing rapid growth, and expanding their teams in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in current industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering high quality training programs and conducting assessments, in line with relevant units of competency and qualifications, at the company and client facilities.
- Identifying training needs of students and developing appropriate training plans to address these needs.
- Conducting assessments of employee knowledge and skills to determine competency and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing feedback for the SME - Subject Matter Expert for ongoing review of the development, training and assessment resources.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of training and assessment activities, and providing support with the maintenance of the training facilities
Requirements:
- Within the last 2 years, demonstrated work experience in the units delivered.
- Extensive experience in developing and delivering training in the heavy industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hold a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Participate in ongoing professional development, Vocational Education and Training
- Willingness to pass medical and drug tests, and be of a high level of physical fitness.
