Trainer/ Assessor

MCC Group Pty Ltd is offering multiple full-time opportunities for experienced Trainer/ Assessors to join our team at a mine site near Blackwater QLD.

Requirements for the role

• Current open Queensland drivers' licence
• SSE signed training transcript.
• Current Standard 11
• Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to pass)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessing
• Minimum 2 years as a Trainer/ Assessor in an open cut coal mining environment
• Highly experienced in operating mining equipment with at least three of the following skills: Dozer & Grader (essential) Haul Truck, Loader & Watercart
• Excellent knowledge of mining practices

Duties

• Hands on Trainer Assessor
• Training and developing of operators on equipment as part of their career progression.
• Support supervision team with proficiency training of operators.
• Provide training in line with site training requirements.
• Willing to operate machinery as required as well
