GOTAFE are based in Shepparton and you work colloborative with the team in Shepparton and the ERH GOTAFE teachers

Echuca Regional Health (ERH) is offering a unique opportunity to be a vital part of the Education and GOTAFE team to provide direct classroom teaching, support assessment marking and provide pastual care to students completing the course. The position is well supported by experienced GO TAFE teachers at ERH and there is flexibility available.
As the Trainer & Assessor for the Nursing Diploma position you will be responsible for
- Planning and conducting teaching, evaluating assessment
- Work within both GOTAFE and ERH policies and other legislation requirements
- Develop and modify teaching material
- Creating a environment that support safe learning
- Maintain accurate records of students attendance, progress, assessment in accordance with policies
- Prepare and maintain or update teaching material
- Identify and refer learning difficulties to GOTAFE support team
- Involved in student recruitment
- Communication with GOTAFE placement team and other members were required

- Excellent communication skills, self driven and team focused
- Enjoys teaching and supporting people to be their best
- Training and Assessment certificate 4
- Education experience or willing to develop in this area
- High level of collaboration skills
- Flexible to work across different teaching modules if required
- Self directed
This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
