About You:
As a vital member of their team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training services. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
- Carefully planning and setting up for the delivery of quality training and assessment, both at client locations and within our cutting-edge Wesley Vale facility.
- Sharing your expertise by delivering top-notch training in line with relevant units of competency/qualifications.
- Assessing the competence of students against specific units of competency/qualifications.
- Crafting flexible learning and assessment support strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Contributing your insights as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ongoing development and review of our training and assessment resources.
- Rolling up your sleeves to assist in the maintenance of our facilities and equipment associated with training.

Your Qualifications and Experience:
To be the perfect fit for their team, you should:
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116).
- Bring extensive experience in delivering training to Heavy Industry.
- Showcase recent work experience in the units you'll be delivering (within the last 2 years).
- Demonstrate a high level of physical fitness.
- Be eager and willing to actively participate in ongoing Vocational Education & Training.
- Pass pre-employment and ongoing medical and drug tests with confidence.
Your Desired Skill Sets:
We are on the lookout for trainers with expertise in any of the following areas:
- General - Confined Space, Gas Test, Breathing Apparatus, Working at Heights, First Aid, CPR, LVR, 4WD.
- Civil - Trenching & Shoring, Plant & Machinery, Overhead & Underground Services, Loadshifting.
- High-Risk Work - Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Cranes, Scaffolding.
- Agricultural - ACDC, Chainsaw, Weed & Seed.
- Traffic Control & Management.
- Other - Asbestos, White Card.
