In the next 30 years, 75% of the fastest growing professions will require STEAM-related skills. 50% of professions today will disappear, 50% of professions in the next 30 years don’t even currently exist.
To successfully navigate through this fast-changing environment, students need to master critical STEAM-related skill sets, the seven survival skills. Thus, students will not only become capable and competitive job seekers, but they will also become the most innovative job creators.
Our company offers a variety of opportunities to the students of Australia (and beyond!) including the chance to travel to NASA, New York Film Academy, the jungles of Borneo and the stunning Great Barrier Reef, participating in educational experiences that are simply not possible to recreate within a classroom environment.
So what skills are required to have such an awesome job?
Ideally you are:
- Passionate about the future; tech, sustainability, education, space, robotics – or, very eager to learn!
- Able to manage and nurture customer relationships.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and wear many hats.
- Full of ENERGY! Our close-knit Sales Team are a dynamic bunch!
- A supportive, goal-orientated team player.
- Keen to travel overseas (U.S. dominantly), and around Australia to ensure success and customer satisfaction.
- The proud owner of a Growth Mindset – you’re always ready to learn new skills, digest new information, problems and challenges.
- Able to understand and demonstrate Tony Wagner’s 7 Survival Skills for the 21st Century to students, and in this role.
- You must, of course, have the right to live and work in Australia.
To demonstrate your enthusiasm and wide skill base, competitive remuneration is provided. Not only will you receive a base salary, phone allowance and car allowance, but you will also receive commission and an annual bonus.
Successful candidates can also look forward to a restful Christmas break and further leave if you’ve completed any of our expeditions to the U.S, Asia or within AU.
