We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trainer & Assessor to work in our Southport office on a full time or part time basis. Someone who is passionate about the Aged Care industry, enjoys training Certificate III in Individual Supportand is driven to engage students and provide excellent learning experiences.
A Day in the Life of a Trainer & Assessor
As Trainer & Assessor you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching and mentoring. You will also get out and about within the Aged Care industry assessing and assisting your students in their host establishment. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge and careers through your personalised service.

Essential experience, qualifications and skills:
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check (blue card)
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent
- Current Industry Qualifications - Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support
- Minimum two years relevant industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Ability to work independently remotely with a high level of motivation and autonomy
