About Monash Health Pathology Service
You will be joining Monash Health at an exciting time as we work in partnership with Alfred Health to be the premier shared public pathology service in Victoria. As a member of the pathology team you will be helping shape the direction of the partnership.
Monash Health Pathology is an integral part of Monash Health. It is the largest public provider of Pathology services in the state and currently operates 6 laboratories. The largest of these is located at the Monash Medical Centre, Clayton, with additional laboratories located at the Dandenong, Moorabbin, Casey, Victorian Heart Hospital and Wonthaggi Hospitals. There are currently 18 collection locations based within the hospital sites and community settings. Services are provided to the Public and Private sectors, and other laboratory services.
About the Role - Full time Fixed Term 1 year

As a Pathology Collector Trainer, you will be responsible for Pathology Collections staff training, administrative duties, and ensure smooth functioning of the collections. We guarantee your day will never pass slowly as you take your place in this busy role, alongside supportive and professional colleagues. With Monash Health, our patient demographics will allow you to be part of all the experiences and personal rewards that go with pathology collection. Scope to work with babies is an example of this.
