About Us

HIVE is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) # 22341. We successfully deliver government-funded and non-government-funded, nationally recognised qualifications. We offer qualifications from a Certificate III Level to an Advanced Diploma level, and Short Courses. We have been uniting our learners' career aspirations for over ten years.

Our classes are delivered in Hybrid setup, both face-to-face and online, remotely via Microsoft Teams.

Note: The role requires commitment of at least 16 - 20 hours per week and can be split in either 2 full days or shorter days across the week.

Trainers required in:

· BSB60220– Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing

Responsibilities include (are not limited to):

· Delivery of Training and Assessment according to the requirements.

· Maintain individual learner records by completing organisational class attendance rolls.

· Complete comprehensive lesson plans.

· Ensure learner assessments are submitted in a timely manner & reporting to management.

· Monitor & support learner progress by ensuring comprehensive training planning, professional delivery & required assessment of all registered students.

· Maintain records related to assessments and training in accordance with the ASQA VET Quality framework.

Experience and Qualifications:

Must have:

· TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR TAE40110 with TAELLN401 and TAEASS502

· Vocational qualifications in specific qualification or above.

· Relevant Industry Currency in said qualification.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Trainer and Assessor.

· Flexible & adaptable – able to work as part of a team or autonomously as required.

· Well-developed written and oral communication skills and ability to cater to a diverse range of people and organisations.

· Current Police Check and WWCC

Preferred:

· Wisent experience preferred

· Experience in Skills First Funding Contract preferred
