In this role you will play a vital role in organising training, managing competency standards, and ensuring our workforce meets legal requirements and company procedures for infrastructure projects.
Your efforts will drive compliant and efficient project delivery, making a real impact. "Key responsibilities: Ensures compliance and adheres to ACCIONA Integrated Management System and competency management system (CMS) requirements. Trains project personnel to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and to improve their capabilities.
Assists projects to conduct training needs analyses and complete their National Training Matrix Contextualisation. Identifies competency requirements for roles based on Position Titles and Position Descriptions. Assists projects to mobilise and establish their CMS portals.
Records and reports for training and competency management in accordance with legal and contractual requirements. Consult with National Training Team colleagues to provide training solutions and expert technical advice to projects. ???
