- Data Management: Overseeing learning and assessment data, with Jotform experience being advantageous.
- Training Support: Assisting in the coordination of training schedules.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with management and stakeholders to track and report training progress.
- Query Resolution: Handling all training-related inquiries with efficiency.

- Innovate and maintain training administration processes in partnership with the Training Manager.
- Create and maintain tools necessary for project administration.
- Facilitate the scheduling and management of training sessions, including liaison with trainers.
- Collaborate with management to ensure the completion of training plans.
- Manage training data and report on training effectiveness and completion rates.
- Address and resolve training-related inquiries and administration issues promptly.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key project and site personnel.
- Engage in regular meetings to discuss training assessments, suggest improvements, and troubleshoot any challenges.
