As a Training Specialist and play a pivotal role in partnering with program and business stakeholders to develop and deliver key training programs. This role is essential in ensuring a high-quality service is provided to the business by developing and delivering training materials for various functional areas and user groups.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on training specialist, with experience developing and running training programs. You will work closely with Change Managers, a Training Lead, and Communication Lead within a broader Change team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create user guides, quick reference guides, and training videos using tools like Camtasia.
- Develop training courses and materials, including presentations and data sheets, to support learning paths.
- Deliver training sessions primarily face-to-face, with some online delivery, ensuring alignment with the training schedule.
- Manage logistics of training delivery including room preparations, attendance monitoring, and evaluations.
- Provide support during Hypercare phase and update/create relevant training content as necessary.
- Maintain timely and accurate status updates, escalate risks and issues when necessary, and adapt to additional activities as required.
- Embrace hybrid working model with a minimum of three days based in office and expected onsite presence for key preparation and delivery sessions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a training development role.
- Training qualifications and certification preferred.
- Experience in developing various training materials including guides, videos, and courses for specific audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to create and maintain templates.
- Previous experience working with ERP (Yardi) preferred.
- Background in property management advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate, and share information.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and effective facilitation skills.
- Capacity to influence and coach others through change and complex scenarios.
- Organized, focused, and adaptable to ambiguity.

- Rate: $800 to $875 + Super
