What we're looking for:
- Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Training & Assessment.
- 2-3 years' experience as a Training Coordinator or Superintendent in Surface or Underground Mining.
- Proficient in the Resources & Infrastructure Industry Training Package (RII).
- Experience with a large integrated Learning Management System (LMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Mining or earthmoving equipment operation experience.
- Trade qualified
- Familiarity with training systems such as GWOS, Workday, Damstra or similar.
- Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act & Regulations.
- Holding of S1, S2, S3, & G2 competencies.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of site-wide training needs analysis.
- Expertise in online learning development and delivery.
- Familiarity with digital assessment processes.
- Experience in large group and small group on-the-job training sessions.
