The Opportunity
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment process for all clinical trials across the UniSC Clinical Trial network of sites, whilst ensuring a positive participant experience. You will plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, collaborating with Clinical Research Teams across a network of sites to enhance participant engagement to meet enrolment targets. You will focus on delivering an excellent participant experience throughout the trial journey.

You will
- provide senior oversight of the clinical trials recruitment contact centre, with a focus on delivering a strong “first point of engagement” with trial participants;
- provide staff management and supervision, including coaching and mentorship of Participant Recruitment and Experience staff working across a network of sites to streamline recruitment activity; and
- work collaboratively with Investigators, Clinical Trials Operations Managers, Participant Outreach, Ethics, Quality and Administration teams to develop effective recruitment strategies for all studies.

You demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong leadership qualities that cultivate a collaborative and results-driven team culture. Moreover, you take pride in showcasing your keen attention to detail, along with your adept organisational and project management abilities.
You will possess:
- Completion of a relevant degree with at least 5 years leadership experience in high volume contact centre or service environments or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- In-depth understanding of the clinical trial process, including phases, protocols, and knowledge of and ability to apply ICH/GCP applicable regulatory guidelines.
- High level computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office suites, Adobe, Social Media platforms, websites, MS Teams, and Customer Management Systems. Real Time CTMS experience desirable.
- Previous experience in Clinical Trials, ideally in a recruitment focused role, with a proven track record of successful participant enrolment.
- Experience in analysing performance metrics with the ability to use analytics to optimise workforce management and improve participant engagement.
