The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- The ability to coordinate and schedule Training & development programs.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating training programs
- Ability to identify training needs and compliance requirements
- Experience delivering training modules
- Ability to work with leaders to build individual training plans
- Knowledge of Fair work and the ability to provide advice on ER matters
- Experience supporting leaders on performance management processes
