Training & Development Advisor

Exciting opportunity to join the Human Resources team of this highly regarded professional services organisation.  This unique role requires a Training/Learning & Development professional, ideally with experience in the corporate professional services sector. It will also provide the opportunity to be involved in HR initiatives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• The ability to coordinate and schedule Training & Development programs.
• Experience monitoring and evaluating training programs
• Ability to identify training needs and compliance requirements
• Experience delivering training modules
• Ability to work with leaders to build individual training plans
• Knowledge of Fair work and the ability to provide advice on HR matters would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience coaching and supporting leaders with their T&D requirements

The role reports directly to the HR Business Partner and sits within a small HR team. The focus of the role will be to manage the training and development programs across the business.
