What will you be doing in this role:
Floating across three offices located in the Hunter Valley and Lake Macquarie area this role will see you manage the day to day systems training for the sales and administration staff. You will manage compliance, on board new staff and ensure all procedures and running smoothly and adopted across the business. You will manage all sales software platforms and additional technology along with the following:
- Create and maintain training manuals
- Oversee database usage
- Onboard new staff; set up email, desks, facilitate training
- Manage staff offboarding and hand overs
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Update and monitor sales activity and reporting
- Create and maintain sales and operational procedures
- Identify and facilitate individual training needs
- Monitor compliance to ensure files satisfy far trading guidelines
- Monitor Certificates renewal dates along with the CPD register
The right candidate will have:
- Sound knowledge of the real estate sales process
- Experience facilitating training
- Knowledge of Agent box, DocuSign and Realtair highly desirable
- A current certificate of registration
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Clear and profession written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective organisational abilities
- The ability to work with a team collaboratively
- Tech savvy, ability to embrace systems and processes
