The Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small team of learning and training developers, creating training and assessment materials for a variety of workforce development projects.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Employment & Education Partnerships, you will:
- Manage development of micro-credentials, VET and other learning material
- Manage a team of learning and training developers to deliver within project timelines
- Ensure overall compliance of accredited programs with all relevant external bodies
- Monitor and achieve training and learning development performance targets and develop processes and work plans to ensure training projects are delivered effectively
You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
- Demonstrated experience managing delivery of training and programs
- Experience creating training assets including micro-credentials and vocational training
- Experience developing design requirements, course structure and assessment strategy
- Experiencing aligning training content to AQF standards
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams
- Salary package between $100,000 - $110,000 pro rata commensurate with skills and experience + 10.5% super + NFP salary packaging up to $15,900.
- Ability to purchase additional leave; access to EAP; generous Parental Leave Scheme.
