The role:
- Managing a portfolio of around 120 Properties
- Maintaining strong relationships with our Owners and tenants
- Conducting Leasing, Vacating, & Routine inspections
- Maintaining arrears
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- Experience with Property ME software, desirable
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- A Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
- Great customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Negotiable salary based on experience
- Commissions
- Full Administration Support
- Monday to Friday
- Fuel allowance or Company vehicle
