Job description

Main Purpose of the Position: 

To provide comprehensive support and training for Medical One Doctors and Support teams in utilizing Zedmed Software, encompassing both Office and Clinical functionalities. 

The primary focus will be on managing the training and launch of the new Telehealth Video Consulting Product, alongside ensuring continuous currency training for existing software. 

Additionally, the role may involve training other Zedmed customers as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Training:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to organize training and installation schedules while ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Assist in updating training manuals under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
  • Participate in conferences with the Sales Team to enhance knowledge of competitors and upgrades.
  • Deliver software training to clients, both on-site and remotely, covering all software programs.
  • Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement to enhance training processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to all Zedmed staff on various software programs.
  • Conduct training sessions for pre, go-live, and post-sales support.
  • Offer advanced training sessions for existing clients tailored to their specific needs.
  • Adapt training methods to accommodate different client requirements based on cost structures, software versions, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for Zedmed Support Staff to highlight new training opportunities.

Other:

  • Assist with software releases and distribution of associated materials.
  • Attend medical industry conventions, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and relevant events.
  • Be available to travel within Australia and occasionally work outside business hours for on-site client training.
  • Provide administration support if required.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management.

Key Internal and External Relationships: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Zedmed customers/clients, practice doctors, nurses, administration staff, software developers, directors/managers, and communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Zedmed Software applications and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Customer Focus and Satisfaction: Anticipate and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting software and related technical issues.
  • Cultural Perpetuation: Uphold the company culture and philosophy of customer satisfaction.
  • Planning and Organisation: Establish priorities, set clear objectives aligned with the company's business plan, and effectively organize workflow.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Medical Software Sales.
