The Opportunity
The Department of Transport (DoT) is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Transactional Validation Officer to join our Collection and Account Management branch.
This position completes specialised reconciliation process and works together with the Bank Reconciliation Officer to investigate and resolve discrepancies between the Department of Transport’s TRELIS bank account and the Transport Executive Licensing Information System (TRELIS).

- (SC1) Experience within a financial environment including the ability to undertake complex bank reconciliation processes.
- (SC2) Well-developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders in various contexts.
- (SC3) Well-developed research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The CV must contain the complete names and contact information of two (2) referees who can provide feedback on the applicant's capacity to meet all the Essential Work-Related Requirements.
