What will your typical day look like?
We are currently looking for a technology Asset Manager to join our internal facing team to provide business asset management for two key Service Now applications. As a key member of our Quality and Risk Transformation Operate and Assets team, you will support the daily operations and improvement of valuable and highly visible technology assets. You will monitor and drive the success of your assets, focusing on strategic planning, asset operations and ongoing improvement. You will work closely with leadership, business SMEs, developers and end users. As the primary business contact, you will provide E2E support for solution delivery, from identifying business needs and requirements, to testing, acceptance and rolling out the solution and associated training and processes. You will be supported by a community of like-minded Asset Managers, leveraging our asset management framework to enable you to consistently deliver business value and sharpen your expertise.

Welcome to the Quality & Risk team - a team of experienced risk professionals who provide advice across Deloitte's business teams. We help the business navigate through any ethical / professional uncertainties by analysing and managing risks involved in their business engagements. In Risk Transformation, we are the driving force for innovation and change within the Quality & Risk community - dissatisfied with the status-quo, we continually seek ways to improve the quality of our technology assets and optimise the client and stakeholder experience.

You are someone who demonstrates some or all/a combination of the following:
- 4+ years experience in a related role, such as product management, asset management, service management or business analysis.
- Demonstratable experience in translating business/stakeholder requests into requirements, driving implementation and driving ongoing continuous improvements to the solution
- Ability to shape and communicate a vision to engage, inspire and influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of technology and business systems at a strategic and operational level
- Effective interpersonal, listening and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise multiple demands and meet deadlines
- ServiceNow platform experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in a professional services firm or risk-based function will be highly regarded.
