With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hour's drive from the CBD, Melbourne's North is fast becoming the place to be!The Role:The Outpatients Services at Northern Health are seeking applications for a Transformation Lead to join the team.This role requires the successful person to work in the development and implementation of current and future Outpatient projects to improve efficiency, quality and safety of care and patient experience. The Transformation Lead is accountable for documenting project activity to meet project governance needs and monitoring project implementation time lines; including issues and risks. The Transformation Lead is responsible to facilitate the development of relevant standard clinical operation process policies and procedures that comply with Nursing Midwifery Board policies and standards for practice; and Department of Health policies.This position is fixed term full time until April 2025To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience and good working knowledge of successful project delivery within Healthcare
• High degree of self-direction, initiative and motivation and an ability to work towards set deadlines/milestones.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
